The Bros. Story…

New to Encinitas and growing from popularity and raving customers, Gaglione Bros. is located near Rubio’s in the T.J. Maxx shopping center. Gaglione Bros. menu and recipes started well before brothers “the Bros.” Joe, Randy and Tony broke ground on their first restaurant in San Diego.

Their story begins in older brother Joe’s kitchen in Pacific Beach where they created and tested subs and menu items for fun. Then in 2004 the Bros. decided to risk it all and open their first store right in their own neighborhood of San Diego.

Now, 10 years later, top quality meats and cheeses and sliced fresh turkey and stuffing is baked every morning, and all the other ingredients are prepared according to their family recipes.

The Gaglione Bros. now have three stores with their newest in Encinitas. The Bros. are committed to serving you an authentic, family style cheesesteak sub and other subs that will leave you coming back for me. They have a kids menu too!

In support of Encinitas Union School District students, the Bros. are getting involved in their community and giving back. THANK YOU Bros.!

Cheesesteaks make me happy!”
